Note: What criteria should be used to determine whether to issue free samples?

We developed a customer and talked about the samples. But the customer is not willing not to pay the sample fee.

How can this kind of customer develop? What criteria should be used to determine whether to issue free samples? How to persuade leaders to apply for free samples?

In this case, more than 90% of them are directly rejected. Because too many companies want to take samples without payment.

One of the most shameless and shameless clients I have met in my career is at the Hong Kong Fair.

As soon as this customer came up, he said that his company was very powerful. We had a lot of distribution stores, and many big brands were printed on the business card, such as Disney, marvel, boss, etc.

Then I talked with you about the product information, and then selected a few samples and discussed the price.

After the samples were packed, they immediately got up and left, regardless of my intention to charge samples.

The hooligan came so suddenly that I didn't react to him and he left.

After the event, I did not chase out the sample to come over, think about it.

After all, I still have the illusion that there is no real existence. What if he asks me to place an order?!

Besides, I feel ashamed to be played by such a shameless person.

Life is dangerous. If you don't suffer losses, you can't grow up.

I've come up with a golden rule for screening such customers.

If the customer is already selling similar products and has certain strength, samples can be sent according to the situation.

After much experience, I also learned that customers who are very down-to-earth in business almost never take the initiative to ask for free samples.

This year is special. We take the initiative to send out some free samples, as marketing expenses, specifically to lure target high-quality customers. At present, the effect is fair.

When we take the initiative to send free samples, some customers will refuse, because they don't need it for the time being, and they don't want to cooperate with you.

This kind of customer with more positive three views is our target high-quality customer. If you can't do it once, you'll have a chance to talk all the time.

What are high quality target high quality customers? They are customers with positive values. What?

The key point is that only when the values are consistent can the cooperation last for a long time. If the customers who will take the initiative to pay for the sample fees do not want to give them to the high-quality customers?
