History of Plastic Industries


Carr Management, Inc. began in 1999 as a privately held family business with three HDPE blow-molding facilities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic serving the specialty beverage, dairy, water, juice and industrial chemical markets. In 2012, Carr Management acquired Plastic Industries, a 30 year old West Coast and Midwest HDPE blow-molder. This acquisition further strengthened the Company’s leading industry position providing a national footprint with seven state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities across the United States. In 2017, we added our eighth manufacturing location with the addition of our new facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. Another acquisition in 2017 of Paragon Packaging adds 2 additional locations for a total of 10 manufacturing facilities.


Carr Management, Inc. has now changed the company name to Plastic Industries, Inc.
