How will you develop after being an apprentice in a mold? Is there any predecessor to talk about?
I was graduated out of junior college and did sales for a year. I felt that I was young for sales. I learned injection molds from my relatives from my hometown. I wanted to learn some skills. I worked as a fitter for half a year. Now I am assigned to study at cnc. , The salary is low, and I have to work overtime every day. I can’t find a girlfriend in the factory. My relative has been working on molds for almost 30 years, and he is a manager. I told me that there are fewer and fewer people studying molds.
