Is it easy to find a job for the dispatcher in the injection molding factory?

Is it easy for the technicians in the injection molding plant to find jobs? I have been working as a warehouse manager in our factory for three years, and now I have an opportunity to learn to adjust the machine.Now I have a chance to learn to adjust machines. It is said that the salary can be thousands dollars. I don't know much about this. If I change jobs and go to another factory, the machines will do different things (now our factory does the display frame and back cover). Will the previous experience be of little use? Thank you.
