May I ask how HPEF (High Voltage Pulsed Electric Field) is used in the industry

May I ask how HPEF (High Voltage Pulsed Electric Field) is used in the industry, and what manufacturer produces this kind of equipment?
As far as I know, PEF is now mainly used for sterilization and preservation of food, and I can only find power generators for such equipment. Are there any books about teaching knowledge?
