 World Thai Plastic and Moulding Co., Ltd was established in 1977 and located in Bangkok, Thailand. We specialize in various precision injection mold makings and related plastic injection products with full line of electric and hydraulic presses for over 30 years and provide full-service on a variety of secondary operations as your requirements. We have manufactured custom plastic components for a variety of industries.

We work closely with you from the beginning to refine the initial design and test the prototype until the final production of actual component. Injection Part:
The maximum size of plastic part supported by injection machines is 500x500 millimetres. The supporting clamping force and shot weight (PS) are up to 160 tonnages and 364 grams, respectively. Quality of produced parts are also carefully and continually monitored during the manufacturing process to ensure consistency in every shot of injection.
Injection Mould:
An injection mold and the selection of steel for each single components is designed and chosen to meet your project requirements based on economic considerations and specific requirements of molded part, while maintaining high quality specification. We also revise or repair mold in-house and have a regularly scheduled maintenance program for each individual mold to reduce overall downtime and increase the efficiency of production system.
Materials:
Plastic materials include PC, PA6, PA66, POM, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, SAN, ABS, PVC, EVA, and PMMA. We have critical relationship with our resin suppliers that help deliver resin pricing and schedules that are economic to us so that we may carry those costs down to our customers.
Secondary Operation:
A variety of secondary operations are available on-site or done with our reliable partners. For example, screening, hot stamping, painting, chrome plating, etc. Once your part is complete, we can also service your packaging requirements, such as sealed poly bags and custom labels.
