Truvaplast Technologies offers complete design and development of foundry patterns and thermoforming/vacuum molds in both prototype and production formats. All tooling can be created using 3 or 5 axis CNC machines or using classical journeymen procedures. In addition to tooling design and development Truvaplast Technologies has the capabilities to service both short and long run thermoforming contracts along with 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC router trimming.
