Growing from a sound basis of having a team of skilled and dedicated technicians and applying international and professional quality control system, PERUBCO CORPORATION has supplied made-in-Vietnam technical rubber parts to such industrial and consumption trades as: automobiles, motorcycles, foodstuff, water supply, electricity transmission, overland transport, mining… in domestic and oversea markets.
We can totally meet all requirements in producing and supplying technical rubber parts products from the consultation of selected rubber materials to meet the criteria and techniques to ensure cost savings, designing and molding, and complying with advanced technologies in mass production.
Our products are made from diversified kinds of raw materials: NR, SBR, BR, EPDM, NBR, CR, IR, SR, and FR… Mass production technologies are: mold compression, injection, transmission, extrusion, constant curing, and steam curing.

More than 600 skillful workers, over 30 engineers, technicians and well managers, more than 350 Rubber curing press machines, Injection machines, Extrusion and continuous curing line for making rubber profile cord and Modern plastic press machine systems, Perubco Corporation can respond in time all orders of customers with large quantities of plastic, rubber products.
QUALITY CONTROL
ISO CERTIFICATION
Since 2013, acknowledging the importance of international quality control system in production mangament, we started to adopt the system and were certified for ISo 9001:2000. Maintaining the perspective of continuous improvement to enhance service quality, we have been certified to ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004. The implementation of quality control system and the environment control system has helped us greatly in ensuring the quality of products and allows us to work with many different important customers for both local market and exporting market.
LABORATORY
For on-site quality testing service at the company, we have invested to develope a laboratory at each subsidiary company with many modern testing equipments. In addition to the conventional measurement tools such as electronic scales, calipers, temperature sensoring instruments, electricity instruments meters (voltmeter, Amperemeter), we also invested in the modern testing equipment imported from Taiwan such as rheometer, ozone testing chamber, elongation - tensile strength meter, laboratory oven. In particular, to accommodate the strict tolerance control of some products, we also have the profile projector which allows us to measure the dimensions more accurately.

Our positions of strength in domestic and oversea markets are supplying products to oil and gas industry (joints, hoses,composite sheaths of oil pipelines); construction (rubber pillows, elastic slot, buffer against the wharf, rubber pipes); spare parts for automobiles and motorbikes.
