Stuart Allyn Company, Inc. also provides custom plastic injection molding in the 75-200 ton molding press size. We also frequently fill small quantity orders of less than a hundred pieces, in addition to orders in the thousands.
Our company has also replicated several items for historic Naval ships. We have produced depth charge pistols and plates, 40mm shells, 20mm gun sight components and hedgehog fuzes.
The USS Slater (DE-766), USS Texas (BB-35), USS Cassin Young (DD-793) are just some of the ships that have used our products to enhance their authenticity, in addition to several private military museums.

For three generations, Stuart Allyn Company, Inc. has been serving the plastics injection mold industry with mold making, injection mold design and plastic injection molding. We also repair injection molds that have been damaged or worn and modify existing molds that require product design revisions. Although mold drawings for repair work are typically preferred, we have successfully used only sketches, marked plastic parts or marked mold components for instructions.
