Established in 1963 and incorporated as a limited company in 1965, we remain privately owned and our philosophy of excellence through continued investment in both human and technical resources is the key to the company’s success. This, in conjunction with the flexibility to react to the changing needs of the market, has earned Labone a strong reputation for quality and reliability.
Labone specialises in metal pressing, injection moulding, insert moulding and assembly to ISO approved processes. Manufacturing takes place in the UK and across our network of affiliated companies in Germany, Czech Republic, FYR Macedonia and Ukraine. We also have tool-making facilities for injection mould tools, progression press tools and assembly tools and expertise in the manufacture of automated assembly systems.
The ability to take products from concept through to full-scale production allows Labone to service a wide spectrum of applications for our global client base.

Labone works closely with its supplier base, seeking to promote quality at all stages of the supply chain.
Our careful selection programme ensures that the majority of our suppliers are accredited to ISO 9001 and all are expected to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement - preferably by working towards ISO14001 and TS16949 or ISO 13485.
