1960: The company was founded in 1960, and incorporated in
1962 by Robert E. O'Connor, hence the name REO. In 1968 the Company "went public" selling stock on a public offering which is now traded on the local stock exchange. Shortly thereafter, REO Plastics became involved in the manufacture of plastic pallets and cattle feeders.

1975: The current management took over in 1975 with an investment of new risk capital. Since that time, REO Plastics, Inc has gained stability, stature and recognition as a leader in injection molding and assemblies.

1984: As recognition of progress, on June 6, 1984, a plaque was dedicated to state the following company goals:
