Operating since 1987, Precision Coating Services (PCS) was founded by Roger and Brian Haymen in Seven Hills, north west Sydney. Proudly Australian, PCS is still run by the family, has doubled in size and offers a range of powder coating and sandblasting services for metal manufacturers, engineers, designers, restorers and the handyman.

Sandblasting or abrasive blasting is the process used to clean and/or etch a surface by means of an abrasive such as sand, bead or shot directed at high velocity against the product or surface. PCS is able to help you with the surface preparation of a wide range of metal substrates including mild steel, wrought iron, aluminium and stainless steel.

We use abrasive blasting as a means of rust and paint removal for the restoration of cabinets, outdoor garden furniture, security doors and screens, frames, car parts, bicycles and motorcycle parts as well as many other applications.

PCS can abrasive blast product which is 2000mm high, 3000mm long and up to 1800 wide. We have two blasting cabinets set-up to cover different requirements.
