MRS Industries Limited, a leading and prestigious business house led by Mr. Mozibar Rahman, came into existence in 1978 with the formation of BRB Cable Industries Limited with the specific objective of providing end-to-end solutions in wire/cable works with computer-aided project management techniques and innovations. Since then, BRB Group has grown manifolds, and diversified in varied fields like Cable & Electrical, Metal, Distributions, particles broad, Knitwear & housing, Securities, Polymer, Network, Universal Leader Services, urban Infrastructure & real estate development etc.

MRS INDUSTRIES LTD. was incorporated in 1992 as a Foundry and Engineering section, a private limited company situated in BSCIC Industrial Estate, Kushtia, Bangladesh. In anticipation of the socio-economic development and employment and since the use of Copper and Aluminium wires are increasing day by day in the Power distribution network in the country, the company established a strong base to produce oxygen free 99.97% pure Copper and Aluminium wire / rod and ultimately started production since 1996.
