alloys (die-casting) moulds.We employ a team of some sixty
employees that consist of designers, programmers,
machinists, operators, welders, mould makers, maintenance
mechanics, and other qualified personnel.
Micro Moules serves the Canadian and American market.
Our moulds are used in the production of a variety of commercial
and domestic use products such as: weather strips for cars, gas
tanks, sporting goods, toys, protective equipment etc.
We also develop fast mould prototypes, delivered within an
average of three weeks, at very low cost.
Our organization is equipped with the latest technology. Our
engineering department has eleven CAD/CAM workstations with up
to the minute software such as Cimatron, MasterCam and CadKey.
A 'Lemoine' digitizing system is available for the conception
and realization of prototypes.
