Interstate Molding and Mfg. was started in November 1989. We are a full service custom plastic thermoplastic injection molder, with a complete tool room facility under the same roof. We have over 14 plastic injection molding machines ranging in tonnage from 15 to 500. Our tool room consists of all the essential machines from CNC machining centers and turning centers. As well as CNC EDM's.
Interstate Molding offers a complete designing department from CAD designing software featuring CADKEY and SOLIDWORKS. We also feature SURFCAM machining software to support our CNC machining centers and turning centers. Interstate Molding offers our customers everything from designing their product in a 3-D form on the computer, to building prototypes, to manufacturing the tooling, to producing the finished product all in house. We also maintain our customers tooling in our facility.Interstate Molding also offers many secondary operations including inserting brass and metal inserts, drilling, tapping, machining gluing, and hot stamping and assembly.
