Elk Grove Rubber & Plastic Co., Inc. was founded in 1966 by its former President in Elk Grove Village and moved to its present location in 1995.
The Company molds high quality custom rubber products in a wide range of materials including Silicone, Neoprene, Nitrile, SBR, EPDM, Polyisoprene, Butyl, Urethane and Viton. It also undertakes the production of die cut components, assembly operations and rubber to metal bonding.
The parts produced cover a range including suction cups, seals, boots, o-rings, bellows, bumpers, grips, grommets, handles, gaskets, cleats, bushings, rollers valves, diaphragms and washers.The molding capabilities of Elk Grove Rubber allow it to manufacture sample and prototype parts and produce in both low and high volumes depending upon the requirements of its customers.
The equipment used by the Organization to produce the molded component includes double and single deck molding presses rubber cutters and automatic trimming machines. It also uses buffers and tumblers for its finishing and de-flashing operations.
The Company generally supplies to specific company order, but does maintain a small stock of regularly used parts to meet customers’ expectations and provide a just in time service.
Elk Grove Rubber is proud of its record of supplying high quality product and service to its customers who are small companies and large corporations who require molded rubber components.
The customers are located throughout the United States of America and in Mexico. The status of the Company in its chosen field for the provision of a professional product is well established.
In addition to meeting the specifications set by its customers, the Company complies with ASTM Section 09 and other national or international quality specifications where this is required.
An essential requirement of the continuing maintenance and development of the Company’s objectives is the installation of a quality system registered to ISO 9001:2008 status.
