Plastic Injection Abilities

ALTEK’s ability to manufacture precision, close tolerance plastic parts has made us a supplier of choice for high-tech medical device and aerospace injection molding. This achievement requires the most modern equipment available, including a variety of plastic injection molding presses ranging from 28 to 1500 tons, most of which are outfitted with robots and automated conveyor delivery systems. ALTEK produces small, intricately detailed parts, as well as larger, contoured parts using complex manufacturing processes.

We have fully automated high-volume production capabilities including generic and custom injection molding automation and fully automated bulk material handling systems.
