The development team at SYNTHOPOL CHEMIE is made up of around 30 chemists, application engineers and laboratory staff. In our laboratories, which were entirely renewed in the year 2000, this team develops the optimum product solutions for and with our customers.

Each and every product developed undergoes comprehensive application testing.  Artificial weathering equipment simulates strong solar radiation and tropical temperatures. Corrosion protection values are determined from the salt spray test and condensed moisture test. Measurements made in the outdoor weathering station and measurement studies conducted in Florida also complement its application testing. Product simulations on a laboratory scale, and monitoring of the production sequences on scaled-up plant until the product is perfected, complete the development work.
