Springboard boasts a total of 4 manufacturing facilities, totaling more than 300,000 ft2 of purpose-built space, enabling us to maintain Consistency, Quality and Value in all of our molded products. This translates into savings and reliability from your perspective as a customer. Our entire operation is based on Lean Manufacturing principles. We utilize the IQMS ERP System throughout, to manage our customer base, orders and scheduling all the way through to process monitoring, materials inventory, warehousing and shipping.

CLEAN ROOM MANUFACTURING
To meet the critical demands of the Healthcare industry, Springboard has dedicated 1356 ft2 of enclosed floor space to Clean Room Medical Molding. Our unique design allows us to operate the molding machines outside of that space, freeing up the clean room area for a much more efficient use of that space. Our 9 clean room molding presses range from 40 to 250 Tons in capacity. Molded producs from these machines are delivered to an FS209E Class 100,000 / ISO Class 8 certified Clean Room environment. The packaging process is also performed within this controlled environment to prevent any contamination.
