Selmax Corporation

Our History


Selmax Corporation was founded by Ken Mease, a native of Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Ken graduated from Selinsgrove Area High School and attended Susquehanna University. He honorably served his country during World War II in the Army Air Corp. After the war, Ken returned home to start a family with his wife Mildred.


In 1971, Selmax began as machine-tool facility but the business quickly expanded to include plastic injection molding products and services. Ken embraced new technologies and industry best practices to grow Selmax into what it is today.


While serving as the CEO of Selmax, Ken’s dedication to public service lead him to serve as Mayor, as well as a borough councilman for Selinsgrove for several years. Needless to say, “Made in the USA” meant a lot to Ken.
