Rowland Mold & Machine, Incorporated began as a one-man operation in 1996, in a pole barn at my home.  Over the years I have grown the business into what it is today - a thriving mold repair shop in the industrial park in Borculo, Michigan - employing 9 full-time and 10 part-time employees.
