Reuther, founded in 1950, designs and builds Molds for all black Rubber, Silicone, and TPE/TPR compounds. We also design and build molds for processing of Graphite fibers, Prepregs, Crush Core, SMC, and BMC. We have extensive experience with Invar 36, resin transfer molds, coffin boxes, preform tools, lay-up tools, drill fixtures, and more. Our rubber molds can be designed with a cold runner that we feel is one of the best in the industry. With its solid block design, and other proprietary features, the Reuther Cold Runner performance is far superior to practically any cold runner with which you are familiar.
Our engineers, designers and programmers offer complete mold design services from concept to finished detail mold drawings. Based on your part specifications, mold sketches, or your own finished mold drawings, we can manufacture a quality mold to produce your quality products. Our designers use Solidworks, and CATIA V4 & V5 to supply optimum data to our CNC machines. This can all be done using your existing CAD product files.
