Established in 1989, has been meeting customers’ needs through dedication to quality, service and on-time delivery. We provide thermoplastic injection molding services to customers throughout North America and Europe. Through the years, we at Plastipro have always maintained the required flexibility to service large corporations as well as small local entrepreneurs. Our recently expanded 45,000 sq. ft. facility, located in Montreal, is equipped with 20 injection molding machines with tonnages ranging from 60 to 1500 tons.
This allows us to manufacture small, high precision technical parts as well as large industrial components weighing as much as 7.5 kg. Our clients also benefit from a wide variety of auxiliary equipment including hot-stamping machines, automatic feeders, robots, dryers, chillers, Silo and a 8-ton overhead crane. Plastipro also operates a complete tool room within its premises. Our tool makers, each with over 25 years of experience, can design and build quality molds as well as conduct regular maintenance on existing tools. All of the above has permitted us not only to have an edge on our competitors but it has also allowed us to continuously increase and build a diverse customer base in various industrial sectors including Packaging, Cosmetics, Housewares, Sporting Goods, Recreation, Flooring, Transport and Construction. Plastipro currently has approximately 50 employees, and operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
