Established in 1978, Interplastic's Molding Products Division is a manufacturer of custom-sheet molding compounds that serve tier I automotive, consumer, marine and industrial thermoset compression molders. It utilizes The Factory Link, which is a computerized control system that monitors its processes. The division provides custom and standard sheet-molding compound formulations and technical support for high-strength structural applications that require low-density and light-weight parts.
