Custom Injection Moulding
We have solid experience in designing and manufacturing plastic engine components, plastic motor brackets, electronic plastic components, flower and garden plastic pots, plastic kitchenware products, plastic light fittings, plastic stationery components, plastic storage equipment, plastic furniture fittings, plastic caps and closures for aerosol cans and much more. Our high precision capability is also suited to micro-components. For example, we have successfully designed and produced moulds for the production of plastic grommets for the medical industry.
Plastic Products - Ready to Order
PC Plastics has a wide selection of plastic products that are ready to order in customised colours of your choice. We supply selected industries with competitively priced components for their products, such as aerosol caps for domestic products. We also supply wholesale and retail outlets with ready-made products, in particular flower pots to the gardening sector and selected stationery products to office and school suppliers. All our products are manufactured to highest quality standards and we are certified as an ISO 9001:2015 supplier.
Customised design
We offer a complete customised design service for plastic injection moulding from consultation through to delivery of the finished product. We have extensive experience in all types of plastic polymers and will work in consultation with you to decide what is right for your product. We can work with your CAD drawings or produce our own in-house drawings for you. We can advise on the design of your product and produce prototypes for you. Our experienced in-house toolroom staff will create your tooling moulds. We also repair and modify tools with minimum interruption of production runs.
High Volume Production Capacity
Our injection moulded plastic manufacturing plant has the capacity to produce large volumes of engineering plastics products. We have 29 injection moulding machines that operate 24 hours a day to accommodate short lead times.
