I’ll get back to you.”  We develop plastics engineers into accountable general managers who manage our clients’ complex programs from design to manufacture.  Rather than hiring separate account managers and project managers, we cross-train our plastics engineers to be accountable general managers.  They serve as that single point of contact who manages complex, technical programs from design through manufacture.
