MICRO MOULES INC. is a Canadian company founded in 1985, specializing in the making of rubber and plastic injection moulds, extrusion blow moulds, compression moulds and metal alloys (die-casting) moulds.We employ a team of some sixty employees that consist of designers, programmers, machinists, operators, welders, mould makers, maintenance mechanics, and other qualified personnel. Micro Moules serves the Canadian and American market. Our moulds are used in the production of a variety of commercial and domestic use products such as: weather strips for cars, gas tanks, sporting goods, toys, protective equipment etc. We also develop fast mould prototypes, delivered within an average of three weeks, at very low cost. Our organization is equipped with the latest technology. Our engineering department has eleven CAD/CAM workstations with up to the minute software such as Cimatron, MasterCam and CadKey. A 'Lemoine' digitizing system is available for the conception and realization of prototypes.
