We are Injection Molders producing custom designed, high quality components in two modern facilities located in Pennsylvania and Florida. We mold all engineering grade resins. Our employees are continuously trained to maintain the very highest production standards and all production steps are subject to continuous quality monitoring to assure the components are being produced to customer specifications.

Our molding machines range in size from 25 — 725 tons with shot sizes from 2 — 96 ounces. We utilize both parting line injection and hot runner molds to conserve material, and robotics, special fixturing, and vertical rotary tables to improve production efficiency and provide cost reduction.

Insert Molding — the integration of mechanical and electromechanical elements with thermoplastic structures offers many design benefits including:

Post Molding
