Konark is a contract manufacturer specializing in Liquid Silicone Rubber injection molding and silicone prototyping. We work with Compression, Transfer and Injection molding technologies to manufacture high quality precision silicone parts. Our engineering team comprises of specialists with years of experience in the Rubber FEA, Silicone materials, Process and Tooling design departments. We pride ourselves in taking our customers projects from the initial silicone prototype phase to high volume manufacturing.
Our equipment includes fully automated all electric injection molding machines and precision silicone pumps for our liquid injection molding (LIM) services. We also have cleanroom capabilities for medical LSR molding.
Konark was founded by a group of engineers on a quest to improve current manufacturing processes and develop new technologies. Our experience in the contract manufacturing industry and our exposure to limitations with the current product development process led us to establish Konark Silicone Technologies.
