Gordon Mouland, M.Eng., P.Eng., a geotechnical engineer, and Peter McKelvey, P.Eng., a bio-resources engineer (retired), are individually unique; however, a singular vision brought them together to forge a strong, enduring partnership. In 1989, the two promising engineers with young families left secure, permanent jobs to hang their shingle out in a city awash with established engineering firms because they believed in their vision.
