(FEI) is a small minority owned/operated company based in Richmond, Virginia staffed by personnel that have worked in the Asbestos and Lead-based Paint industries for many years. Asbestos and lead-based paint consulting services are the main focus of our business. Our clients include Federal, State, and Local Government agencies as well as private industrial, commercial, and residential entities. FEI offers a direct response and service at a reasonable price compared to many larger firms due to our low overhead expenses and simple management structure.
