 Foundry Tool & Mold Service is located in a 10,000 square foot climate controlled facility in the city of Phoenix Arizona just minutes from downtown Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).  We have convenient access to all major shipping and freight lines and offer same day pick up for customers in the local area.

  Our designers use a combination of solid, surface, and wireframe modelers to create consistent and accurate tooling designs. We can work from your CAD models, your blueprints, or your concept sketches. We've been proudly serving the investment casting industry since 1997.
 
  Our toolmakers use both CNC and conventional machining methods to build your tooling. This allows us to carry forward and maintain that consistency and accuracy of design. We insist on high quality alloys, precision mold components and dependable construction techniques.
 
 Our layout department uses CMM (coordinate measuring machines), high power optical comparators and precision inspection equipment to insure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the build process.
 
  We can digitize your existing tooling for contour duplication and or modification when other data isn't available. We can also import that data set into CAD and compare it to the nominal model for deviation analysis.
