Stay away! Scam artist! David at first seemed very professional and easy to work with. We gave him our plans done by our structural engineer but once he started working he was unable to follow the plans. When this was pointed out to him by the engineer he refused to correct the errors and quit the project uncompleted. He didn't refund any money. Be very cautious with David as he seems very friendly at first but can't complete on his promises and has shown himself to be very unprofessional. Stay away!
