Kraussel Tool and Manufacturing Corp. is a contract precision machining company specializing in CNC machining of complex casting, plate stock and large forgings.Horizontal and vertical machining centers range up to 40 in. x 20 in. x 28 in.


Programming & Reverse Engineering
Our full-time programmers use CAD software including AutoCAD2000, AutoCAD r14, SolidWorks, CADKey, and MasterCam. We frequently provide reverse engineering from prototypes into CAD format.


CNC Turning
Another speciality area for Kraussel Tool is CNC turning of shafts, rollers, pins, and hydraulic components. Our lathe beds range from 80 in. to 166 in. CNC turning centers up to 1100 ipm for parts up to 27 in. diameter and up to 14 ft. long.


On-Site Boring
Reduce expensive downtime with our on-site, in line boring service, up to 14 ft. in length and up to 14 in. dia.
