Acromatic Plastics occupies 110,000 sq. ft. with expansion capacity of 90,000 sq. ft. We are located at 32 Jungle Road in Leominster, Massachusetts. We offer our customers personalized care with a broad spectrum of capabilities, all under one roof. This is a key element in providing quality products, cost saving solutions, on-time delivery, and 100% customer satisfaction.

We utilize an integrated production monitoring system (IQMS) which intuitively combines real-time manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain management and accounting into one database for an efficiently managed and improved business process.

Our quality lab utilizes both CMM and Vision System technology for photo-microscopy and dimensional analyses. Statistical Process Control is used as a process control tool and we routinely plot performance charts and generate CPK analyses. We have a comprehensive sample retain program and provide long-term storage to suit individual customer requirements.

Our secondary department enables us to support your post-production needs, and see your project through to completion.

An integrated modern warehouse is managed with an electronic barcoding inventory control system. Our warehouse has expansive dedicated storage space available to help reduce associated supply chain costs. Our tooling department, which is fully equipped with CNC machinery, provides complete developmental and operational support.
